WORKSHOP REPORT (DRAFT)

This report presents the findings of the workshop "Constraints on Certification of Small Enterprises, with Particular Emphasis on Business in Developing Countries" and was compiled by Bridget Newbery. The workshop was funded by the Forestry Research Programme (FRP) of the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID), and convened by the European Tropical Forest Research Foundation (ETFRN). The workshop took place in Hamburg on the 30^th September 1999.
